What if I need to cancel an order I have taken?

After accepting an order, you can cancel the order through the Dashboard.  It is recomended that you email the customer directly to explain and assist in rescheduling.


If you are a member of a bakesale cake collective, you can offer the customer a replacement cake from a different baker.
